Hemp Seed Oil is renown for its many health benefits which come from, in particular, its high content of three polyunsaturated fatty acids: gamma-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid and its 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega 3 (known to be the ideal ratio for humans).

Ingredients: Cold Pressed Australian Hemp Seed Oil, Gelatin, Glycerol and Water.

Recommended dose: 1-2 capsules, 3 times a day with food

Storage: In a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
